Even smaller bathroom remodels need their own style of flare. This bathroom got custom cabinets with a custom built in linen closet. Marble shower walls with rain glass shower door. Black faucet with shower diverter down low and black handicap bars all around for safety and style. Black w/white design LVP flooring to draw it all together.
We did a complete home remodel on this house. Tore it down to original studs, completely rewired it, all new plumbing, new kitchen cabinets with granite tops. The Master bathroom has a free standing bathtub and a walk in shower along with a double bowl sink vanity. The master closet has custom made shelving with a built in shoe rack. All new LVP flooring throughout the house.
From begining to end covered deck addition. Approx 14′ x 31′. Trey ceiling with stained and polyurethaned tongue and groove bead board. The gable end is covered in board and batten siding painted to match the house. The railings have metal spindles with a built in bench on one end.
Built an outdoor kitchen with stainless steel doors and drawers, side burner for the grill, stainless steel cooler with drain to the ground, and a Weber gas grill. The sides are covered in a rock facade with a leather finish granite top.
This house was a complete renovation. Paints from the age of the house to matching up tile used in that time period. Wall paper to date the house and floor coverings that was also used. Replaced all the windows in the back of the house as well as all of the French doors.
Cut out part of the paved driveway to accommodate for a detached garage to be built. Brick facade on part of the outside and board and baton siding on the rest of it. The owners wanted the garage to match the house in style and color.

Azek flooring inside, brick facade around the foundation, screen ease screen system for unrestricted view, board and baton siding on inside and outside of the wall, tongue and groove bead board installed on the ceiling. Cocktail rail is finished with a clear epoxy with a mirror like shine. Entire addition constructed and painted to match existing sun room.
